Delete your ClearProp account

You can delete your account and its data at any time, from the app or by email.

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open ClearProp and sign in.
  2. Open the menu and choose Settings.
  3. Under Account, tap Delete account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

If you pay for ClearProp Pro, cancel it first with Manage subscription on your account page. Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription.

By email

If you can no longer sign in, email privacy@clearpropeller.com from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my ClearProp account”. We confirm you own the account, then delete it within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What we delete

  • Your profile and sign-in (email, name, sign-in account).
  • Logbook flights, flight sessions and recorded GPS tracks.
  • Saved routes, aircraft and airport plans.
  • Procedure drafts and any documents you uploaded.
  • Your plan and trial records, AI usage counts, and the record of emails we sent you.
  • Community routes you published. Copies other pilots already saved stay in their own accounts, without a link to you.

What we keep, and for how long

  • Encrypted database backups keep a copy until they expire, after 30 days. We never restore deleted accounts from them.
  • Crash reports and in-app problem reports are kept for up to 90 days. They never include your location.
  • Records we must keep by law, such as emails about a deletion request, are kept only as long as the law requires.

When you delete the account in the app, we also remove the flights, GPS tracks, drafts and routes it saved on that phone. Downloaded offline maps contain no personal data and stay until you remove them or uninstall ClearProp. See the privacy policy for details.
